These Terms govern the use of Tryia Social, a product of TRYIA SISTEMAS LTDA, registered with CNPJ no. 60.962.168/0001-00, headquartered at Alameda Rio Negro, 503, suite 2020, Alphaville, Barueri, SP, CEP 06454-000. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Tryia Social is a platform to create, review, approve, schedule and publish posts and carousels on LinkedIn. The Brand DNA guides your voice, a second AI reviews the content and nothing is published without your approval. The platform also suggests topics and industry news and sends notifications by email or WhatsApp. Today, publishing works on the personal LinkedIn profile. LinkedIn company pages and other networks are in development and only become part of the service when they are launched.
By connecting your LinkedIn account, you authorize Tryia to publish on your behalf only the content you approve, on the date you choose. You remain subject to the LinkedIn User Agreement and Professional Community Policies and are responsible for what you publish. You can disconnect the account at any time. Tryia does not control LinkedIn and is not responsible for changes, limits or unavailability of its platform.
Texts and images are generated with artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies or similarities to existing content. The review by the second AI reduces these risks but does not eliminate them. Review each piece of content before approving it. You are responsible for the content you approve and publish, including not including data about other people without a legal basis or material that violates third-party rights.
Descobertas show the title, the outlet name, the link and a summary written by Tryia about news published by third parties. The rights to the articles belong to the outlets. When using a news item in a post, cite the source and do not copy the article's text.
Each plan includes monthly limits, such as the number of posts, images, text enhancements, assisted comments, monitored topics and active campaigns, shown on the plans page. Limits renew at the start of each month. To keep the service sustainable, each plan also includes a monthly volume of artificial intelligence usage. If it is reached before the limits, AI features are paused until renewal, and the platform notifies you and shows the options to change plans.
Complimentary access, such as that of the beta program, has its own term and limits, stated in the invitation, and ends at the end of the term.
Plans are billed on a recurring basis, monthly or annually, to the card provided at signup. Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice. For existing subscribers, the change only applies from the renewal following the notice.
You may withdraw from your subscription within 7 calendar days of the first payment and receive a full refund of the amount paid. This right applies to individuals and also to companies. It applies to the first subscription made by each person or company and not to renewals.
After that period, you may cancel your subscription at any time, with no fee. Cancellation stops future charges, and your access continues until the end of the period already paid. There is no prorated refund for the remaining period, for either monthly or annual plans.
If you delete your account within 7 days of the first payment, the amount paid is fully refunded. After that period, deletion ends the subscription immediately and the remaining period is not refunded. Before you confirm the deletion, the platform shows until when your paid access would last.
You may request a withdrawal by email at tryiasocial@tryia.com.br or in the app itself, under Minha conta. The refund is made to the same card used for payment, and the time for it to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
The content you create belongs to you. You authorize us to process this content only to provide the service. TRYIA SISTEMAS LTDA retains the rights to the platform, the technology, the Tryia Social brand and its own materials. You may not copy, modify or distribute the platform's technology without authorization.
You agree not to use the platform for the purposes below.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with prior notice whenever possible.
We work to keep the service available and secure, but it may have interruptions, including due to failures of providers or of LinkedIn. We are liable for damages we cause under the law, including the Consumer Protection Code when it applies. We are not liable for the content you approve and publish, nor for LinkedIn's decisions about your account.
You can delete your account at any time in Minha conta. The refund rules are in section 8, and data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms. Relevant changes will be communicated by email or on the platform 30 days in advance.
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. If you subscribe as a consumer, you may bring actions in the courts of your place of residence. In all other cases, the courts of the district of Barueri, SP, are chosen.
